Hey there, I’m Tiffany.

I’m a Louisiana gal with big ambitions, a decade-strong entrepreneur, PR and branding expert, yogi, Francophile, and smoothie lover. 

I’ve got deep wells of grit and determination when it comes to helping female creatives grow sustainable and profitable businesses on their own terms. 

Here’s my story: 

In 2010, I was traveling the world running PR for Yamaha artist relations, working with international stars including John Legend, Elton John, and Sarah McLachlan. I had a pretty sweet gig, but I knew I could make a greater impact as a creative entrepreneur.

So, I started my own entertainment and wellness PR agency, supported by the contacts and friends I’d made from 10 years in the corporate world—at beauty company Ales Group in Manhattan, newspaper publisher Gannett, the American Cancer Society, and Yamaha.  Started with no outside funding and a whole lot of experience, grit, and determination, that business, now 10 years later, was voted among the best PR firms in New Orleans in 2020. 

In 2013, when the NFL passed handbag safety regulations at their stadiums, I saw an opportunity, and clear handbags became a niche market for me. Born from a love of functionality and aesthetics, the handbag line exploded, landing my company in an entrepreneurial incubator program, national publications, and presenting me with my very first mentor, a Shark Tank success story.

I converted my New Orleans Uptown gem into a combined living and workspace with a large built-in office up front and a functional workroom out back for shipping handbags around the country. In between, I had space to live—art, music, instruments, photos, yoga practice space, and a one-of-a-kind porch swing, perfect for coffee or matcha in the mornings. Eventually both businesses grew so large that I developed a co-working space across town and invited all of my creative friends to join me – a space to work, collaborate, and grow.

By 2016, I had it all. I told myself I loved to work and that’s why I was toiling away morning, noon, and night. That’s true, I do love my work, but as my own well-being continued to take a backseat and my energy was waning, I realized once and for all that running three businesses at once with too little self-care was unsustainable.

Rock bottoms are funny that way. Sometimes there are rock stars present—still had Marc Cohn and Grandmaster Flash on my client list. Sometimes you have your dream house, in a cool place, and you’re at the height of your success, but are you really living? People don’t tell you that coming home to who you really are – courageously expanding and upleveling – isn’t linear. You are a constant work of art in motion.

So, I downsized. Took stock. Hired a business coach. Bittersweet as it was, I closed up shop on the co-working space and the successful handbag line. I worked my way back to a home base in Nashville—on a quest to build the life I wanted with more joy and abundance.  All the while, I continued to pursue the magic, the passion space, and, after many twists and turns, I found my calling in business coaching. These days, my PR agency is less stressful and more profitable than ever, and I get to spend time doing what I love: helping ambitious women grow their creative empires.

In 2020, I officially launched the Upleveler Society, a supportive community for female, creative entrepreneurs ready to uplevel their businesses – and their lives. It has been more rewarding than anything I’ve accomplished to date. I’m filled with gratitude every day because all those hours I logged, all those miles I traveled, and all those lessons I learned in my 20+ years of work led me here to you.
